In the first process, the raw material is finely ground (the grain size can be adapted to individual customer requirements), then the ground material is brought into the desired shape and then freeze-dried. This method is particularly suitable for meats that either contain very little fat or for meats that contain relatively large amounts of water, such as chicken fillets. This prevents these varieties from starting to crumble in the packaging after freeze-drying.

This process also makes it possible to produce your own blends, as further burials can be carried out here to a certain extent. For example herbs, fruit, vegetables or various meat mixes. Due to the high complexity and extended workload, the minimum order quantity here is at least 50kg regularly.
While our second process works in such a way that the meat is directly cut to the appropriate size with a cube slicer and then freeze-dried.

This simpler procedure is best suited for hearts, spleen, thymus, liver but also e.g. for (chicken) stomachs. Due to the firmer structure, there is hardly any abrasion of the goods in the package. Our cubes are machine-made with a professional cube cutter.

In addition to our three standard cube formats, we can also produce your individual cube size on request. The possibility of a production adapted for you is only possible from a production quantity of 500kg freeze-dried. For smaller requests, it depends on the frequency of acceptance. With regular acceptance, please talk to us individually.

For unusual formats such as small dog bones or mini thalers or similar, please contact us directly. For special formats, the first process is always used, in which the product is first ground and then pressed into the corresponding mould.
