A selection of our existing packaging for private label products
Our packaging for BARF:
Please note that we only deliver small quantities in our standard packaging (thalers (800g), pieces (2kg, 10kg), boxes (6kg), blocks (500g, 1kg), cubes (1kg)). For larger quantities, please contact us so that we can make you an individual offer for the packaging you require.
Block - shrink-wrapped in 500g or 1000g portions, most varieties of our BARF feed are available.
Cubes and Thalers - Our cubes and thalers are in a polybag. The quantity of private label products can be adjusted here to your individual desired quantity. Minimum 200g and maximum 1000g.
Pieces - Pieces are also packed in a polybag, the size of the packaging varies from 2kg to 10kg depending on the product.
With our BARF products, your labels must be available before the end of production. We label the goods immediately, as they can no longer be labelled after the production process. Labels hardly hold on the frozen goods and are difficult for you to apply afterwards. To do this, either send us your finished labels or the finished print files and we will take over the print process for you. (The invoice of the labels will be forwarded 1:1 to you.) A further correction on our part is not planned. Please also observe the labelling requirements of the Feed Ordinance. Here we can help you free of charge with words and deeds to produce a legally compliant label for you.
Our packaging for freeze-dried:
Bowls of 15g each - With our crayfish, razor clams and prawns the bowls are best suited to avoid crumbling of the product.
Vacuum-packed and shrink-wrapped - 50g to 100g as required. Vacuuming keeps the products virtually abrasion-free.
Loose goods - In the case of loose goods, we pack them in bags and deliver them to you.
Pouches - For larger quantities of thalers, pouches of 200-350g or more are suitable. By default, the pouches are transparent. Other colours on request. Completely printed pouches are also possible.
Polybag - Our thalers are packed in polybags as standard. These are vacuumed and the thalers are lined up side by side to ensure low abrasion.
Private Label must also ensure that the labelling requirements of the Feed Ordinance are complied with for freeze-dried products.

We are flexible with regard to packaging. If you would like packaging that we currently do not have in our standard range, please contact us <here>. As a rule, we can also fulfil many other packaging requirements, but we do not offer them all as standard.

With dry feed, the labels are also required during production. After the bags are loaded onto pallets, it is difficult to apply the labels.
Bag 15kg - available in the colours transparent and silver/chrome, without ZIP closure

Completely printed bags are also possible, but they must first be clarified with us by prior arrangement. As with all private label products, the Feed Ordinance and labelling requirements apply here too.
