BARF - Information - FAQ

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products, shipping options and packaging

What is the minimum order of BARF food?

At least 300kg must be taken off. At 300kg flat-rate delivery costs per pallet of 80,00€ will be charged. From 500kg the delivery within Germany is free of charge.
How are the Barf products packaged?

As a rule, Barf products are available as follows:
Thaler (800g)
piece (2kg, 10kg)
box (6kg)
Block (500g, 1kg)
Cubes (1kg)
Is it possible to produce other mixes?

Yes this is possible. To find out whether we can also produce your special mixture and give you a price, we need the following information:
Meat type and consistency (cubes, minced fine, minced coarse, whole pieces)
Other ingredients (vegetables, fruit, fruits, additives)
Packaging (size, type)
slew
In order to be able to make you an offer, we need the quantities of each ingredient. Furthermore, we also need the expected minimum purchase quantity and total quantity, if possible also over a longer period of time. This is the only way we can ensure that the best possible volume discounts are included in the price when purchasing ingredients. The quotation takes about 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the ingredients. A minimum of 500kg must be removed. Here, too, delivery in Germany is free of charge. You can also use your label here. All you have to do is make this available to us.

Are organic products also possible?

Yes, we already carry some products in organic quality. It is also possible to produce these products exclusively for you.
How is it delivered?

The delivery takes place with a forwarding agency. Within Germany the delivery costs a flat rate of 80€ for 300 kilograms of frozen BARF feed. From 500kg the delivery is free of charge.
Are there preservatives or antioxidants in BARF food?

No, our BARF food is free of any additives. It concerns exclusively pure meat or fish or offal.
Where do the source products come from?

Most of the meat comes from Germany. However, for some types of meat it is unavoidable to resort to other countries as suppliers. For example, the elk meat comes from the Nordic countries.
How do I get a price list of products?

A price list is available on request. We only ship and deliver to dealers and not to private individuals. Please understand that we need a dealer’s license (business registration, trade register extract, etc.) from you, if you request a price list.
Are the products labelled the same?

Yes, the products are already labelled by us for you. With BARF, which is frozen, subsequent labeling is almost impossible, as the labels no longer adhere to the packaging. Simply send us your labels by post. Alternatively, we can also print your labels and then use them directly for product identification.
