Order

You do not need a customer account to place an order. Every order transaction is possible without an account. We exclusively supply dealers and resellers. As these are mainly private label productions and goods, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance, as these are usually very specific products made for you.

Shipping

We offer you 3 different shipping methods:

Free shipping
Free shipping is valid within Germany. Larger quantities will also be shipped without shipping costs by forwarding agent

BARF - via Spedition
From 300kg minimum order quantity we deliver the BARF food via Spedition for a flat rate of 80,00€. From 500kg the delivery via forwarding agent is free of charge within Germany.

dry food and bone meal
Shipping is done exclusively by carrier.

Minimum order quantity

BARF
From 300kg BARF-Futter the delivery is against flat shipping costs. AB 500kg delivery is free within Germany.

Freeze dried
The minimum purchase is 10kg. The shipping costs will be paid by us. In the case of bulk acceptance, the shipping costs will also be covered by us, regarding Germany. For other countrys feel free to contact us
